EXOPIO (naltrexone for extended-release injectable suspension) is a monthly treatment to prevent relapse to opioid dependence after opioid detoxification which blocks the opioid receptors and consequently, it would be the best option to treat opioid dependence while being as a part of a comprehensive management program that includes psychosocial methods and social supports.

One of the most distinctive benefits of our product is the fact that EXOPIO has no narcotic effects and it is not an addictive medicine.
Even more importantly, there is a severe risk of missing doses while using the form of Oral Naltrexone, and an inevitable risk of unsafe and harsh removal while using the form of Naltrexone Implants, but Naltrexone Microsphere (EXOPIO) is safe to be injected and is impossible be removed by the patients due to its route of administration.

In order to meet our commitments and accomplish our missions, we managed to provide “EXOPIO” for the patients in Malaysia for the first time and this product would be available in more than 15 countries by 2024.
